David Reid has more than 20 years of direct experience in the aviation industry, with an extensive background in FAA /ICAO standardization and documentation. Before entering the field of education, David had a successful career in aviation. In the 1990s, he served as Chief Pilot and Director of Training at San Diego’s largest charter airline. In 2000, he founded Alpen Jet Management, a company that operated and managed business jets for private clients. In all of these roles, his work focused heavily on training, safety, risk management, standardization and documentation.  

Anthony Heeney has more than 20 years of experience serving in the military as well as a post-military career comprising multiple defense industry projects involving communication, standardization, and documentation. Alongside his military career, Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Following his military service, he transitioned into the corporate world as a Quality and Compliance Manager, becoming a certified auditor for DIN/ISO 9001 and 27001 standards, as well as a Health and Safety Advisor.
